Three steps to advertising your property on this site:

First register on the site - this is free. Enter your details making sure all mandatory fields are completed. You can always edit these details should they change in the future. Please keep a note of your password. If you have any promotional codes then enter them at registration time as you will not be able to do this at a later stage.

Add a property to your property portfolio. You can register up to ten properties. If you require more then please contact us direct by email.  You can upload up to 6 photos and these are automatically resized when your upload is complete. You can edit any of your property details at any time. A pdf document to guide you with this is available by clicking (You will need Adobe Acrobat available here).

Complete your payment details and then advertise your property. You can select the period of contract (rates are shown below) and any promotional discount will be applied only to your first property advertised.

Advertising Rates

All prices are subject to  local VAT (IGIC) @ 5% and will generate an invoice which can be viewed online.

Property of the month These properties will attract most attention and get you most results as they are prominently displayed on the homepage of this site. Only ten properties will be displayed provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Period Per period Save 6 Months 250 Euros   12 Months 400 Euros 100 Euros
